OKLAHOMA CITY – A former Oklahoma state senator accused of attractive in child prostitution and pornography pleaded guilty Thursday to a federal rate of child sex trafficking.
Former two-term Republican state Sen. Ralph Shortey pleaded guilty prior to U.S. District Judge Timothy DeGiusti in change for federal prosecutors losing 3 child pornography fees towards him.
Shortey resigned in March after he used to be arrested on state fees of attractive in child prostitution and transporting a minor for prostitution.
