Now, a vacationer visiting Capitol Hill has been accused of groping.
The U.S. Capitol Police record that the suspect walked over and groped two girls who had been on a excursion at the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center on Nov. 22.
They reported the incident to police, who arrested the suspect.
According to the police record, the tourists who reported the incident “stated that they saw the Suspect take a picture of a girl and that he had groped them both.”
The bizarre record comes as lawmakers together with Sen. Al Franken, D-Minn., and John Conyers, D-Mich., are combating sexual misconduct allegations.
